I’m renting out my sunny apartment while I’m away.

The Building:
Elevator building. Key-fob entry. Security desk. Laundry in basement. Closest subway is 2 blocks away. (5min/0.2 miles)
The Neighborhood:
Corner store directly in front of the building.
Full grocery store next door.
Yoga classes and juice bar within walking distance (3-5 min walk).
Cafes, restaurants, karaoke, dry cleaner, nail salon - also walking distance, but a little further (7-10min walk).
The Bedroom
Queen-sized bed. East-facing windows. Tons of light.
The Bathroom
The Kitchen
Galley-style. Appliances include: refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, Berkey water filter, Bialetti stove top coffee/espresso maker, electric kettle, soda stream, nutri-bullet.
The Balcony
*******ONLY REQUIREMENTS*******
No shoes worn in the apartment. Shoe rack provided.
Water the (23) plants once a week.
Since here are no official “reviews” of the renter, we’ll either do a background check (+$60) or a deep dive into your social medias (free with consent).
