Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow

Today, I cut my hair, myself.

I knew this day would come again. I did not know I’d be the one doing it, but here we are.

There is barely a backstory. I wanted my hair cut, so I did. I enrolled my children in the process, just because I knew they’d want in on the action. Simple.

It was time.

I love every ounce of this.

Here’s one of my ancient blogs where I asked a friend to cut my hair in 2009 and I recorded it.

Also, I want to give a HUGE shout out to Baba Bob who walked me through the whole process via text. It really helped.

The photo is after i shaved my head and showered to get all the excess hair off.
